Demonstration Application (“Demo App”) is an application provided by Tinno USA Inc ("We" or "Tinno").  Demo App is for use on in-store demo devices, which display videos to end users. Your personal data and privacy are important to us. We provide appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and privacy in accordance with legal requirements and mature security standards.

How We Collect and Use Personal Data

We provide the following function through Demo App, and in order to meet user requirements, we process user temporary data, which is collected when users use the function.

• Video Display

The function of Video display is for use on in-store demo devices during business hours specified below. Demo App is only available for specific models for demonstration purpose and will not be pre-installed in end user devices. Personal data is not collected and stored when using this function.

• Process User Temporary Data

This function is available to use in stores during business hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Demo devices installed with Demo App will automatically and regularly delete user temporary data, including local images, videos, contacts, and etc.; therefore, allowing demo devices to have enough memory storage to perform well.

 

Invoke Device Permission

When Demo App is used, it will invoke the following permission on demo device:

• Permission of Deletion

When Demo App automatically and regularly delete user temporary data including: local images, videos, contacts, and etc. on demo devices, it will allow access to the contents stored in the memory of demo devices.

 

Protection of Minors

Protecting minors' personal data is one of Tinno’s top priorities. We provide services to protect minors strictly in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If you are a minor, your parents or guardians are required to consent or give authorization to use the Demo App and to agree to the terms of service of using Demo App. Moreover, parents or guardians should take appropriate precautions to protect minors’ data including, but not limited to monitoring their use of Demo App.

Access Privacy Policy

Your personal data and privacy are important to us. Tinno provides you with two options to access to Privacy policy to learn about your rights to personal data.

• Option 1: find "Demo App" in the App tray, long press on the icon of Demo App and the "Privacy Policy" menu option will appear in the upper right corner, then click to view "Privacy Policy of Demonstration Application" with the connection to the internet.

• Option 2: enter http://www.tinno.us/privacy-demo-app in the browser to view "Privacy Policy of Demonstration Application".
