Consumers can contact our hotline to request free return shipping. Once your device qualifies for recycling, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can send your items to our Return Center.

Why Recycle Your Phone?
For a period of minimum three (3) years after the date of the end of the production of product, Tinno will use commercially reasonable efforts to make available spare parts for the products launched in USA market.
