Senior Operations Research Analyst

Sr. Testing Engineer needed in our Plano, TX office to utilize survey tools SurveyMonkey and Alchemer, and develop questionnaires, to capture and collect comprehensive data from U.S. carriers, phone users, and internal teams; access and observe internal operation systems and databases, gathering and extracting information related to processes of product development, testing cycles, and workforce allocation; integrate and process data with SAS for data modeling, facilitating analysis planning and data management; using SPSS for trend analysis and forecasting in upcoming product planning; based on in-depth analysis, generate reports with clear and reliable data support using data visualization tool Tableau, explaining findings and providing overall strategy of new projects; create detailed operation plans and recommendations to control budgets, optimize procedures, and increase efficiency.

Requirement:

Master’s degree in Operations Search or Business.
minimum 4 years of operations research analysis experience in the smartphone wholesale industry to including the following: proficient in SurveyMonkey or Alchemer to design, conduct surveys and questionnaires and collect data; using SAS for data modeling and management; utilizing SPSS for data analysis and forecasting; utilizing Tableau to produce analytical reports.

Test Engineering Manager

Plano, TX

Testing Engineer manager needed in our Plano, TX office

POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for managing the research, design, development, and testing of functional, performance, usability, and regression testing on mobile devices, including leading test engineers in the development of automated test scripts to streamline the testing process, and ensuring that mobile applications and software are compatible with different devices, operating systems, and network configurations.

The position requires Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of one year of experience in mobile device testing to include 4G and 5G smartphones and wireless devices, and utilizing Android Studio and Eclipse IDE.

HOURS: 40 hrs./week, 8:30 AM To 5:30 PM, Mon- Fri.

RATE OF PAY: $144,851.00 per year.
