Tinno Email is an application provided for sending and receiving emails by Tinno USA Inc ("We" or "Tinno"). Your personal data and privacy are important to us. We provide appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and privacy in accordance with legal requirements and mature security standards.

How We Collect and Use Personal Data

We provide the following function through Tinno Email, and in order to meet user requirements, we process user temporary data, which is collected when users use the function.

• Scope of Collection of User Data 

The function of sending and receiving emails, and displaying full contents of emails is available after users authorize to login to Gmail accounts.

Upon log in via Google OAuth, the Tinno Email App (hereinafter referred to as "this App") only collects the specific data you authorized from your Google Account—such as your Gmail address, account name (for identification), and email sending and receiving records (only used for local processing to send, receive, display, and manage emails)—strictly as necessary to provide core email functionality. This App will not collect, use, or retain any other date form your Google Account.

To ensure that users receive new emails on time, Tinno Email automatically and regularly initiates the process of receiving emails without actually opening the application.

• Retention of User Data

We retain your data solely to continuously provide you with email services, and we retain this data only for as long as your account is active, or as necessary to provide the services, ensure the continuity of your email sending and receiving records, email drafts and other data, and guarantee the validity of the account login status.

We do not share, transfer or disclose your information to any third parties other than, (1) Google, as the source and platform for the authorized data; and (2) where we are legally compelled to do so. There is no situation where third parties retain relevant data

We will not sell your data to any third parties.

• Deletion of User Data

When you remove your Gmail account in this App, the app will immediately delete all data related to your Account (your Google user data) stored in this App (including email address, email records, identity information, etc.)

Data deleted from this App cannot be recovered. To use the service again, you need to reauthorize via Google OAuth authorization. Any historical email records and other data would then be resynchronized solely from what remains available in your Gmail, per Google’s retention policies.

Invoke Device Permission

When Tinno Email is used, it will invoke the following permission on device:

• Read Device Storage Permission

Tinno Email accesses and reads the device storage when sending and receiving emails. When choosing attachments to emails, users can access to the various files stored in the device memory, such as music, photo, video, file, and etc., which are displayed in a pop-up window. The files selected by users will be sent to the designated receivers, and will not be saved separately.

• Contact Permission

Tinno Email accesses and reads the contact information when uploading the contact as the attachment. This permission is invoked only by users when selecting “Contacts” in the menu of “Choose Attachment” and further selecting a specific contact person in a redirect page.

Protection of Minors

Protecting minors' personal data is one of Tinno’s top priorities. We provide services to protect minors strictly in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. If you are a minor, your parents or guardians are required to consent or give authorization to use the Tinno Email and to agree to the terms of service of using Tinno Email. Moreover, parents or guardians should take appropriate precautions to protect minors’ data including, but not limited to monitoring their use of Tinno Email.

Disclosure

Tinno Email uses and transfers to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your personal data and privacy are important to us. Tinno provides you with two options to access to Privacy policy to learn about your rights to personal data.

Option 1: on the logging page of Gmail account, go to "Privacy Policy" to learn more.

Option 2: enter www.tinno.us/tinno-email-privacy in the browser to view "Privacy Policy of Tinno Email".
